Did you know you have a preferred Intentional Driver? When you are doing just about anything, you have some unconscious intentions. We have developed a groundbreaking lens (aka model) that can help you identify your preferred Intentional Driver.
So what are Intentional Drivers?
Dictionary.com defines…
…an intention as, an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.
…a driver is to send, expel, or otherwise case to move by force or compulsion. So our Intentional Driver is the 'force' behind the activities that we do as we attempt to get our intentions satisfied.
Over the course of the last twelve years, we have been identifying and studying four patterns, refining the definitions and using this lens in the background as we help people...
- understand themselves and others,
- improve their communication and relationships
- identify and mange sources of conflict
- find their best fit among the 16 personality types. When we share this lens with other type practitioners, they are surprised at the relationships to the type code, but it makes sense to them. For some, this lens has made the difference between being confused about their best-fit and being clear.
Our online sessions will give you an opportunity to learn directly with Linda Berens, share in small groups to deepen your learning, ask questions, and observe the Drivers in action.
